Greece economy worse than predicted

Greece says it will miss the targets for cutting its budget deficit both this year and the next despite implementing harsh measures to get its finances in order.

The government says this is because the economy is in a far worse state than predicted.

It is expected to shrink by 5.5% this year, a rate twice as high as previously thought.
