Christmas tree in Estonian capital felled by gales

The Christmas tree in the Estonian capital of Tallinn has been felled for the second time in three days, after being battered by winds of 100kph (62mph).

City officials have trimmed the tree from 24m tall to 17m to give it a better chance of staying upright should more heavy weather hit the city.
