Eurozone leaders to agree bailout rules

The United States makes clear that it wants Europe to do more to sort its debt crisis out.

President Obama tells top European officials in Washington that the lack of decisive action to tackle problems in the eurozone could hurt the US.

Later, eurozone finance ministers are expected to agree on how to improve the rules around its giant bailout fund - and approve the release of a much delayed loan to Greece.
