Italy cruise ship: Confusion over emergency procedure

As the investigation into the capsizing of the Costa Concordia continues, there are concerns about whether emergency procedures were followed correctly.

Passengers say the emergency drill they expected to happen on their first day on board was delayed, and after the incident they reported panic at the lifeboats and confused crew members.
