Search for survivors resumes amid safety fears

The search for survivors on the Italian cruise liner which ran aground off Italy on Friday has resumed after conditions improved.

The owners of the vessel say the captain made an "unapproved, unauthorized" deviation in course before it hit rocks, ripping a massive hole in the hull.
