Greek PM warns bankruptcy would cause economic chaos

The Greek Prime Minister has warned that national bankruptcy would leave his country facing "uncontrollable economic chaos and social explosion".

In a televised speech, Lucas Papademos called on MPs to back the latest austerity measures in a vote on Sunday.

Those proposals have already triggered another general strike, and violent clashes outside the parliament on Saturday, as Mark Lowen reports.
