Video emerges claiming to show Russia ballot box 'stuffing'

Russia's leading elections watchdog says ballot box fraud appears to be down compared to previous elections.

But footage has emerged claiming to show a man repeatedly feeding ballot papers into an automatic voting machine.

Liliya Shibanova, executive director of Golos, an election watchdog, said the campaign was "usual for the last decade of Russian elections".
