Spain's budget 'to overcome the crisis'

Spain's Deputy Prime Minister Soraya Saenz de Santamaria has said that the country's budget for 2013 would focus on cutting spending rather than hiking taxes.

Santamaria said that the budget "is designed for a period of crisis but specifically to overcome this crisis".
