UK referendum: Germans have 'little sympathy' with Cameron
The Prime Minister has vowed to hold an in-out referendum on Britain's EU membership if the Conservatives are re-elected in 2015.
In a long-awaited speech, Mr Cameron said he wanted the British people to be given a straight choice.
