'Strong case' for EU referendum says Hague

There is a "strong case" for the British public to decide on the UK's future relationship with Europe in a referendum, William Hague has said

The foreign secretary told the BBC he wanted the UK's EU membership to be a success but "fresh consent" would be needed as the institution changed.
