Bolshoi acid attack director 'full of energy'

The Bolshoi Ballet artistic director, Sergei Filin, burned in an acid attack in Moscow said he was "full of belief and determination to return what was unlawfully taken away" from him.

He was speaking at a news conference at a German hospital, where he is being treated.

Last week Pavel Dmitrichenko, the Bolshoi Ballet dancer accused of organising the attack, said in court that he did not mean for him to be splashed with acid.
