Cyprus facing 'hard choices' - EU

Cyprus has only "hard choices left" regarding meeting the terms for a crucial bailout for its banks, according to the EU commissioner for economic affairs Olli Rehn.

Last-ditch talks in the country are said to be at "a very delicate stage" but there appears to be no agreement over how to raise the 5.8bn-euro sum needed to secure a 10bn-euro (£8.5bn; $13bn) loan from the EU and IMF.
