Turkey PM: Protesters infringed on freedom of others

Turkish riot police have moved into Istanbul's Taksim Square, which has been occupied by anti-government protesters for close to two weeks.

In a speech in parliament, Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan said protesters were using Gezi Park as an excuse to damage the country's economy.

He said protesters did not have "any issues regarding freedom" but that their actions had infringed on the freedom of others and affected local businesses.
