Thousands gather for flashmob picnic outside the Louvre

Thousands of diners gathered in the courtyard of the Louvre Museum in Paris for a flashmob picnic.

The White Dinner is an invitation-only event where the attendants are requested to dress in white.

The location of the annually held charity event was kept secret until the last minute.
