Madrid gets ready as 2020 Olympic host to be announced

Olympic officials in Buenos Aires are set to decide who will host the 2020 Games on 7 September 2013.

Madrid is going up against Tokyo and Istanbul.

Spanish authorities have already started spending billions of dollars on the construction of 35 projects - 80% of which have been completed.

There are hopes the investment will bring huge economic benefits for its recession hit economy.
