Ukraine anti-government protests step ahead of talks

Ukraine's President Viktor Yanukovych will discuss closer co-operation with Russia when he meets Vladimir Putin on Tuesday.

Protests over his decision not to sign an association deal with the EU - which he admits was influenced by Russian pressure - are continuing in Kiev.

The opposition, which is planning another huge rally later on Tuesday, is demanding that Mr Yanukovych dismiss his government and call snap elections.

Daniel Sandford reports from Kiev.
