Russian forces in security crackdown near Sochi

Russian security forces have been deployed in an anti-terrorist operation just 300km (186 miles) from the Black Sea resort of Sochi, the venue for next month's Winter Olympics.

It follows the discovery on Wednesday of five bodies in several cars in the Stavropol region. All the victims had been shot dead.
