Ukraine 'not scared of any nation'

Ukrainian vice-prime minister Kostyantyn Gryshchenko has said his country is not scared of Russia, the US or the EU as they are "all important to our future".

Speaking to the BBC's Newsnight programme, he called for dialogue and a peaceful solution to the crisis in his country - where protests have escalated in recent weeks.

The unrest began with protests in November, after President Viktor Yanukovych pulled out of a trade deal with the EU in favour of a $15bn (£9bn) bailout from Russia.
