Ukraine crisis: Sevastopol navy base occupied by Russian troops

Ukraine's Navy headquarters in Sevastopol has been occupied by Russian troops and surrounded by a civilian guard.

Naval officers have been prevented from going to work and are confined to base.

The Navy's Admiral Yuri Ilyn, who was allowed to leave, told the BBC's Christian Fraser that the officers were "hostages of the situation".
