Ukraine crisis: Crimea vote 'will not be recognised'
Ukraine's interim prime minister has warned the Crimean parliament "no-one in the civilised world" will recognise its referendum on joining Russia.
Meanwhile Russian President Vladimir Putin has dismissed a warning from US President Barack Obama calling on him to seek a diplomatic solution to the crisis in Ukraine.
The men spoke for more than an hour on Thursday night, in their second phone call this week, but Mr Putin says Moscow cannot ignore the Crimean parliament's "call for help".
