Ukraine crisis: Crimea's Tatars fear Russian rule

The Ukrainian region of Crimea is to hold a referendum which could see the area break away from the country and become part of Russia.

One group likely to reject such a move is the ethnic Tatar population, which has a history of persecution by Russian rulers.
