Ukraine crisis: EU 'will agree' further Russian sanctions
EU foreign ministers "will agree" to implement further sanctions against Russia, UK Foreign Secretary William Hague has said.
He indicated to BBC Radio 4's Today programme that these sanctions would include "travel bans" and "asset freezes" for Russian individuals, though he declined to give any further information.
His comments come after a Moscow-backed referendum in Crimea backed a split from Ukraine - a vote which the EU and US say was illegal.
Mr Hague also explained the EU would continue efforts to find a "diplomatic breakthrough" with Russia.
First broadcast on BBC Radio 4's Today programme on Monday 15 March.
