Budget 2014: 'Outlook looking brighter'

Chancellor George Osborne will announce his Budget to Parliament on Wednesday.

As well as addressing the strain on family budgets, the Chancellor will have to set out his economic forecast for the coming years.

The BBC's chief economics correspondent Hugh Pym reports that the outlook is better than it has been for some time.
