Crowds gather to celebrate Crimea treaty in Moscow

Russian President Vladimir Putin made an appearance at a celebration concert and rally in Moscow's Red Square.

His appearance came after he signed a treaty to accept the "Republic of Crimea" into the Russian Federation.
