Ukraine crisis: Nato sees 'no sign of Russian troop withdrawal'
Nato forces are seeing no sign of a Russian troop withdrawal from the border with Ukraine, the military alliance's chief has said.
Speaking ahead of a Nato summit, Anders Fogh Rasmussen said the military build-up would not help de-escalate tensions in the region.
Mr Rasmussen told reporters he continued to "urge Russia to pull back its troops" and "live up to its international obligations".
