Ukraine conflict: Nato sees 'no sign' of Russian withdrawal
There is "no evidence" of a withdrawal of Russian troops from the border near Ukraine - despite an order from Russian President Vladimir Putin, Nato's Secretary General has said.
Anders Fogh Rasmussen told reporters on Monday that he "strongly regretted" the lack of movement by the troops.
The apparent build-up of Russian forces in the region has ratcheted up diplomatic tensions in recent weeks.
