Putin visiting Crimea as aid convoy heads for Ukraine border

Russian President Vladimir Putin is visiting Crimea where he is due to make a speech and meet local people.

Meanwhile, more than 100 lorries carrying Russian aid are heading towards the border with Ukraine.
