Ukraine: EU set to tighten Russia sanctions 'within a week'

The EU has given Russia one week to reduce its military involvement in Ukraine or face a new package of sanctions.

European Council President Herman Van Rompuy said the EU "stands ready to take further significant steps" in response to Russia's presence in Ukraine.
