Obama: Sanctions 'only reason' for Ukraine ceasefire

US President Obama has said that sanctions on Russia are the only reason a ceasefire in Ukraine has been agreed.

Speaking at the end of the Nato summit in Wales, Mr Obama said that Nato had sent a strong message to Russia.
