Ukraine crisis: Luhansk residents picking up the pieces

After a summer of heavy fighting between government forces and pro-Russian separatists, residents of Luhansk are picking up the pieces.

Thousands of people still depend on handouts, and have no electricity or water.

Just outside, in the village of Khryashchuvate, there's barely a house intact. Many have been demolished entirely.
