Ukraine crisis: Aid convoy arrives in Donetsk, says Russia

A third Russian aid convoy has arrived in Donetsk, carrying food, clothing and power generators, according to Russian media.

It arrived as the Ukrainian government and pro-Russia rebels agreed details of a peace plan.
