Ukraine conflict: Ceasefire 'in name only' - Nato

A ceasefire in eastern Ukraine between government forces and pro-Russian rebels exists "in name only", Nato's most senior military commander has warned.

General Philip Breedlove, the organisation's supreme allied commander in Europe, was speaking after a meeting of Nato military chiefs in Vilnius, Lithuania.

He told reporters that the number of rounds being fired between the two sides matched pre-truce levels.
