Shipping safety expert on migrant ship's risks
A cargo ship said to be carrying 700 clandestine migrants which was taken under Italian control at sea has docked in the Italian port of Gallipoli.
The Blue Sky M had apparently been abandoned by its crew and at one point seemed to be heading directly towards the Italian coast on autopilot.
A safety manager at Info Market, a company hired to provide safety certification for the ship three months ago, has told the BBC's World Update that he thought it was unsafe and the certificate was withdrawn.
'Paul' emphasised that he was not the owner of the ship and told the BBC about who he thought was responsible.
