Paris attacks: Applause tribute at cartoonist Tignous' funeral

One of Charlie Hebdo's cartoonists, Bernard Verlhac - known as Tignous - has been laid to rest in France.

As his coffin, covered in cartoon drawings, was carried out of Montreuil Town Hall, the waiting crowd broke into applause.

Funerals have also been taking place for cartoonist Georges Wolinski, columnist Elsa Cayat , and Franck Brinsolaro, a policeman assigned to guard Charlie Hebdo editor Stephane Charbonnier.

All were killed in last week's attacks in Paris.
