Ukraine crisis: Shell hits Donetsk trolleybus

Shelling in Donetsk in Ukraine has killed 13 people at a trolleybus stop.

The city is at the centre of an area held by pro-Russian separatists.

The incident comes hours after a new round of diplomatic talks took place in Berlin.

It called for a ceasefire but came up with no breakthrough agreement.

Ukraine has accused Russia of having stationed more than 9,000 soldiers in the disputed area, and doubling its military supplies.

Russia denies responsibility for the recent upsurge in fighting.

David Stern reports from Kiev.
