Tsipras: 'We have a willingness to find an agreement'

Greece's new prime minister has said he is "optimistic" that his country will be able to reach an agreement with the EU over his country's debt.

Speaking after a meeting with the heads of the European Commission, European Council and European Parliament in Brussels, Mr Tsipras said his country was "willing to work to find a mutually acceptable agreement and a compromise for our common future".

Mr Tsipras has pledged to renegotiate the terms of a €240bn (£182bn) bailout.
