Ukraine truce holding although some fighting continues

In Ukraine, the ceasefire between government forces and Russian-backed rebels is largely holding in the east of the country.

However, both sides say while the fighting has subsided, it has not stopped completely, and shelling can be heard around the besieged town of Debaltseve.

As Ian Pannell reports from near Debaltseve, the ceasefire remains fragile.
