Ukraine crisis: Rebels 'repair tanks seized from the military'

A group of both Republican and Democrat members of Congress have written to President Obama, urging him to supply the Ukrainian military with weapons.

They argue that the ceasefire in eastern Ukraine has only consolidated Russian and rebel gains.

Thousands of people have been forced from their homes during the fighting.
