The journey from Libya to Italy is a prime route to Europe for many migrants who are currently in Calais in the north of France.

Just over 30 kilometres away is their goal of a new life in the UK, and for many the dangerous Mediterranean crossing is worth it, but it can leave deep scars.

Paris Correspondent, Lucy Williamson has been to hear the story of Mohammed, a 35 year old from Sudan.
