EU adopts migrant resolution
The European Parliament has adopted a resolution calling for EU countries to share the burden of dealing with asylum seekers.
The resolution, which is non-binding, calls on the Commission to establish "a binding quota for the distribution of asylum seekers amongst all Member States".
Among the MEPs debating the subject were Ska Keller (Greens), Marine Le Pen (National Front) and Sophie in 't Veld (Democrats 66)
