Hammond: 'EU reforms must be addressed to keep UK support'

Prime Minister David Cameron is visiting EU leaders in the Netherlands and France, at the start of a tour to win support for the reforms he wants.

Some of the reforms will include tougher rules to prevent migrants claiming benefits, and safeguards to protect the City of London in the event of closer eurozone integration.

Foreign Secretary Philip Hammond said if the issues were not addressed, the British people would not endorse membership of the EU.
