Greece crisis: New finance proposals put forward by Tsipras

The Greek prime minister has put forward new proposals that he hopes will lead to a deal with his country's creditors and avoid a debt default.

Alexis Tsipras has spoken to the leaders of France, Germany and the European Commission to try to break the deadlock that has been raising fears of a Greek exit from the Euro.
