Greece debt crisis: 'Ball lies in Greece's court' - Juncker

Greek Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras is expected to present new proposals at a eurozone emergency summit on his country's growing debt crisis.

Jean-Claude Juncker, the President of the European Commission, has been outlining his position in the European Parliament ahead of today's meeting.

He said that he did not want to see Greece ejected from the EU, but that "the ball lies in the court of the Greek government".

He said Greece needed to explain how the situation could be resolved.
