Greece debt crisis: 'I was texting Tsipras', says Juncker

Jean-Claude Juncker, the President of the European Commission, has hit back at comments about his mobile phone use.

Speaking in the European Parliament, he rebuked accusations about him looking at his phone, saying that he was "texting the Greek prime minister".
