Migrants: Lesbos overwhelmed by sheer volume fleeing war

A rapid medical response team from Médecins Sans Frontières has arrived on the Greek island of Lesbos to help the record numbers of migrants arriving via Turkey.

The island's already strained resources are buckling from the influx of Syrians and Afghans fleeing war.

The BBC's Anna Holligan joined British ex-pats Eric and Phillipa Kempson, to chart a migrant's journey from the moment a smuggler's boat arrives on the shore of the Aegean Sea.
