Greece debt crisis: 'Clearer commitments needed' - Finnish FM

A full summit of all EU members has been cancelled while eurozone talks on the Greece bailout continue.

Speaking before the cancellation was announced, Finnish finance minister Alexander Stubb said "the conditionality presented by the Greeks is simply not enough".

He added: "We need to have clear commitments, clear conditionality and clear proof that those conditions will be implemented at the end of the day."

He conceded talks were making progress, but it was slow.
