Greece debt crisis: Why the EU summit has been cancelled

A summit of all European Union members planned for Sunday has been cancelled as finance ministers try to hammer out a deal to secure a third bailout for Greece.

The BBC's Jonny Dymond said agreement was a still a long way off due to the "open expressions of distrust" between some eurozone members and Greece.
