Turkey targets IS and Kurdish militants in nationwide raids

Turkish police launched raids against IS (Islamic State) and Kurdish militants across the country, arresting 297 people on Friday.

It comes as Turkish planes carried out air strikes against IS group targets in Syria, for the first time.

Enis Senerdem, from BBC Turkish, said people were worried about IS retaliating.
