Migrant crisis: Thousands camp on Greek island of Lesbos

Thousands of migrants and refugees have gathered in tents on Lesbos, Greece, in the hope of travelling on to Athens and northern and western Europe.

There is no sanitation and healthcare, and one aid agency is warning that the situation spells ''a humanitarian disaster''.
