Migrant crisis: 'UK response is inadequate' - David Miliband

The Greek island of Lesbos has seen thousands of migrants and refugees arrive over the last few months.

David Miliband from the International Rescue Committee spoke to BBC Breakfast about the difficulties faced there.

He criticised the response by the government, saying it was inadequate to take just 4,000 refugees from Syria per year.
